Joined Marks & Worth in November 2025

Nicole is the always friendly face - and voice - of Marks & Worth, welcoming clients and visitors, wrangling the phone lines, and handling all things front-of-house with aplomb.

With a background as a high school teacher, medical receptionist, and even an abseiling and archery instructor, she brings a diverse (and sometimes surprisingly relevant…) skillset to the front desk, where she’s loving the challenge of making her way in a new sector and the real sense of whanaungatanga that runs through everything Marks & Worth does.

Off the clock, Nicole loves anything involving games and competition: she’s hard to beat at Settlers of Catan, but somehow always loses to her kids in Grand Prix. True to her Aussie roots, which even include a few sheep-stealing ancestors, she cites The Castle as a source of legal inspiration, both for its insights into the system and Dennis Denuto’s epic fight with his photocopier - which thankfully she’s yet to recreate in the Marks & Worth printer room.

Nicole would take a sunset over a sunrise and flats over heels every time, and while she loves her home comforts, she’s always excited for a change of scenery – especially anywhere warm with a beach.
