Our Directors Sally and Stephanie are both qualified in mediation and in Collaborative Dispute Resolution, providing a constructive, professional and relationship-conscious option for clients in need of an independent, neutral facilitator with legal experience and subject matter expertise. 

Sally has decades of experience as a commercial and trusts lawyer and also specialises in intellectual property law. Stephanie has an extensive background in relationship property, with expertise in elder law and incapacity. They are passionate about helping families resolve estate, trust and succession disputes, in a way that preserves dignity, supports practical outcomes and avoids unnecessary damage to relationships. Sally also provides private mediation and facilitation services in relation to employment disputes, working with individuals and businesses to find a workable way forward.
